With our program, you can rent a bicycle on a semester basis (this is not a hourly rental program). The bike comes equipped with a front basket (good for off-campus trips!), a u-bolt lock, and a set of front and rear lights.

Individual Rental:

Check out your bike during the second week of classes, use it (with respect) for the whole semester, bring it in for occasional routine check-ups at the Rice Bike Shop, and return it during the finals period for storage.

Semester rental fee:  $60

Refundable deposit:  $100

Partner Rental:

You and a good friend can rent a bike together and share it for the rental period. This may be a good option for someone who does not think they will use the bike enough to warrant the full cost. With this option both renters may be held liable for any damages, so choose wisely!
